Why is this trending ?

[Salih @salihsm]

@landalnl Hi I'm having an issue logging into the account and adding preferences to my booking. How can I connect my email with the booking ID?

[Salih @salihsm]

@prasannalara Now this looks a bit unpleasant 😥

[Salih @salihsm]

@prasannalara Looks like Usman is doing it

[Salih @salihsm]

@prasannalara They should have batted first

[Salih @salihsm]

@TheSincereDude @bhogleharsha Simple ! You can't risk two out of form batters into a World Cup and they axed Gill which was the sensible choice. Even though SKY's batting form is a concern, his captaincy looks impeccable and has good rapport with the team.

@Hertz I already did that through DM. There was no response to the phone calls, the online option was not working and finally we went back to the same Birmingham airport office who turned us away saying nothing could be done.

[Salih @salihsm]

@Hertz Why do you provide a phone number if you are not going to answer the calls ? Abysmal customer service from your staff at Hertz Birmingham Airport. The tourists are exploited by forcing them to opt for 'Super Cover' option by falsely interpreting it as compulsory (1/n)

[Salih @salihsm]

@Hertz My brother whose primary language is not English couldn't really understand the cost implication and thought it was some kind of deposit. There was no clear communication from the staff regarding this. (4/n)

[Salih @salihsm]

@Hertz Isn't there an option to deactivate the Super Cover plan if the customer is not aware of what he's getting into ? The cost of a rental car which was pre-booked months ago for less than £400 drastically changed to £1100 with the inclusion of several add-ons. (2/n)

[Salih @salihsm]

@Hertz Out of the add-ons the peculiar one was the 'Super Cover' option costing £291 which was termed as compulsory by the main staff member at Birmingham Airport @Hertz counter while actually it was an optional add-on. (3/n)

[Salih @salihsm]

@CricCrazyJohns Come on ! Ditch all the aging stars.. Send a young team under the able captaincy of a wicket keeper captain & win back the cup just like 2007 !!!

@BJP4India From mere Pappu to the mighty Ravan? Wow !! that's some character arc !!!
