And then has the guts to cancel my case (214662795)! Called CC again and they open a new case and tells me your TAT is 24-48 hours, so wait up! My AC is still waiting to be fixed. HELP! It's May in Delhi. We need AC to be working!
@Hisense_IND Raised a complaint (case # 214662795) on 25th April to fix my AC under warranty. Your technician comes to fix it after a week and refuses to fix it unless I pay him Rs 950! Even though your CC says I don't have to pay!
