Got a new @HP printer via @Apple 3 months ago. Used twice a month, printed15 pages, stopped working. @Apple:"not our problem, go talk to @HP". Spent whole morning trying to connect to @HP. No number can call, the #chatbot kept directing us to get more ink. What a productive day!
