@bareMinerals I placed an online order on 11/24 and nearly 3 wks later received a pkg in the mail. Sadly that package only contained the free item I qualified for. So I sent an email 3days ago to customer service querying where my paid for items are. No response! (1)

So, I call customer service today only to be told you are ‘updating your system’ with no date for when it will be finished. But rest assured they will respond to the email (that by the way the rep on the phone could see) once that update it complete. (2)

(1) @AmericanAir update for you: 2 flights canceled; 4 hours in the rebooking line where we finally gave up & went to collect our luggage to go to a hotel we had to pay for on our own only to be told your u can’t get your luggage ! Are you kidding me?
