Last year, I wanted to start the new year by creating something different. I was tired of my art just being on walls, I wanted to make something people could carry. The idea was there, and I spent the first few months planning, but lack of funds made it hard to execute.

In January, I shared my bag design mock-up for the first time, and the feedback pushed me to make it real. I searched for bag makers here in Nigeria because I wanted that true “Made in Nigeria” feel.

By May, everything changed when I received my biggest airdrop in the Web3 space from @soon_svm. I immediately used it to pay for my first bag sample. The first sample arrived good, but not perfect. I tried another maker with higher costs, hoping for better quality, and the second sample was a big improvement, with just a few minor fixes left before full production.

In July, I released the first 10 pieces. I sold 2 immediately, 1 in September, 1 in October, received orders for 4 bags in the USA, and now only 2 are left.

Thank you to everyone who supported this first collection, whether you bought a bag, shared my work, or encouraged me. I’m grateful. And this is just the beginning.
