@AccorHotelsNews I am on [email protected] Raised an issue through Resolver. No reply. Stayed in Lille. Complained about paper cups for hot drinks in room and was told only paper cups available. When I got home I was e-mailed an invoice for items I had not had!!

Deeply disappointed that EN is holding an Extraordinary Meeting re: increasing subs by £10 pp. Local clubs get very little from EN as it is!
