@VolvoCarUK disgraceful customer service from Volvo. Have tried calling and emailing Warrington branch since May about a fault on my car. Still heard nothing. Coincidence this happens just after the warranty expired. Has made my daughter look to other car brands for her car.

Well we finally got to the entrance but and they just waved us on! No explanation! Assuming the car parks too bad or closing up but they should at least say. Travelled a.5 hours and queued and hour just to be waved on. They could have put a notice online.
