I have been waiting for the approval for charger maintenance from the Ola Head Office for many hours. It has been from this morning until 2:03 PM. I have been waiting without food to get this fixed as soon as possible (ASAP), but the experience is very disappointing.

It should be fixed by Ola Areekode, Malappuram service center. But from last many days it's same and can't drive the vehicle. It's very wrong method that only one manager is handling two service center. Then how it get fixed. 100+ vehicles are there. @bhash @OlaElectric

This is the status of my uncle's ola s1 pro gen2 from last many days. Located at Areekode, Malappuram. Service centre staff also making lag on resolving the issue. But even after many days we can't even move the vehicle from home. No one buy the Ola vehicle.

I received the phone call from Ola and booked a service slot at Ola Nilambur centre (malappuram). Got the slot on sunday (21 Sep 2025). I pushed and dragged my Ola motor vehicle to the service center with great difficulty. When I got there, the center was closed.

Since the vehicle had no charge, I couldn’t do anything and had to leave it there. I waited until the next day, and when the center opened, I explained the situation to them. They told me that while the charger is compliant, the vehicle itself is not.
