My dear Farideh,

First of all, I want to congratulate you on the blessed birth anniversary of Lady Fatima.

Honestly, words fail me when I try to describe your sacrifices, your wisdom in managing our family, and your patience and strength—especially everything you’ve endured for the sake of the country.

I truly believe I can never repay all that you’ve done. I just hope that God, in His mercy, will make up for my shortcomings.

Over these past forty-something years since the revolution, there have hardly been any days when the responsibilities of my work allowed us to have a normal, peaceful life—especially now, with this harsh war caused by Israel and the United States.

All the worries you’ve had to carry, along with my long absences from home, have made things even harder. But your patience, your strength, and your wisdom have made all of this more bearable.

I deeply appreciate your sacrifices, your thoughtfulness, and your kindness. You hold a special place in my heart, and you know that your position in my life is above all else.

I have always been proud to have a wife like you—someone so knowledgeable, pure, and generous.

I thank God for blessing me with someone so precious, both in character and in presence.

My children and I all kiss your kind hands with love and hold them to our eyes in respect.

Whenever you have the chance, please visit the families of the martyrs, especially during these difficult times, give them my regards, and see if there’s anything you can help them with.
