@GMillar1874 @Baddiel I don't think anyone could have argued that he touched the ball. It grazed his hair at best, and the trajectory of the ball was not affected in any way. It was the touch from Veiga that had more impact imo.

@AlienInvasionGB The purpose of bail is to ensure that, when required, the police can bring that person back into custody. A person can only be arrested once unless presented with 'fresh' evidence. A person can be detained / sectioned and bailed at the same time.

A lot of knife crime perpetrated is heavily linked to county lines. Carrying a blade is illegal in most circumstances, but stabbings are still happening.

@BBCMBuchanan @BBCPanorama making polite convo asked when contractions started. Sudden panic from junior staff - told my waters had in fact broken night before. Severe infection caused to me and daughter, traumatic birth and severe blood loss. We were lucky to leave alive and healthy and no apology.

Midwife laughed and told me I was wrong, sent me home. 14hrs later returned, night shift had closed my maternity record! 26hrs after water breaking, new staff came on shift and midwife 1/2

“Devastated and sad to find out last night that our court case has collapsed. We were so close and THANK YOU to all of you who kindly donated to our go fund me do We were challenging the way NICE downgraded secondary breast cancer to a
'moderate disease' meaning it suddenly had less funding than before (meaning Enhertu not being offered). WHO gets to decide that? Yet it's still considered a severe disease in Scotland and 19 other European countries - why do they get the drug and we don't? This decision by @NICEComms means life extending drugs like Enhertu wont be made accessible which is why we lost the likes of Heather, Hannah and Jeannie (to sadly name a few) far sooner than we should. Plus the pharma companies @AstraZeneca and @DaiichiSankyo
need to be reconsidering their pricing. Something has to change @wesstreeting @NHSEngland

I am beyond angry that women with Stage 4 secondary breast cancer are being left to die before their time in this country, while the rest of the world moves forward with life extending treatments.
Women like me are dying because proven cancer drugs are being denied on cost grounds. Friends are gone who should still be here with their families and children. So many of the amazing women featured here, many of them my friends, have now tragically died.
Despite a median life expectancy of just 3–5 years, secondary breast cancer was reclassified by @NICEComms from “severe” to “moderate severe”, reducing access to funding for the latest life-extending treatments and diverting it elsewhere.
Secondary/metastasic breast cancer is one of the biggest killers of women between 35-64, yet patients are denied drugs that are routinely available in other countries. This is a political choice and women are paying with their lives.
#Enhertu is approved in the US, EU, Japan, China, Canada and Israel, and is available in Scotland.
Yet women in England, Wales and Northern Ireland are deemed “not cost effective”.
Why can all these countries provide this treatment while we cannot?
