@SunExpress my son was on the delayed LGW to DLM yesterday - 21.00 on 1st August (flight number xq621).
No baggage was loaded onto the flight. He arrived at DLM, filled in the forms you asked but was not given a PIR number. How can he locate his baggage?

@SunExpress my son was on the LGW to DLM (2100, 01/08/2024). No bags at all loaded on the flight (every family and passenger NO LUGGAGE), but no-one in DLM provided him with a PIR number - how can we trace the bag. Zero communication from airline.

@RoyalMailHelp I posted 55 Christmas cards 2nd class on 30th Dec from the Post Box at Tesco Gillette Corner TW7. Not one card has arrived yet but other cards sent on days after that have done - is it likely they will arrive or do you think the whole lot have been lost?

@loosewomen Schools should look at the model adopted by @TheBRITSchool My son started there at 14 and is starting mocks today. This school encourages creativity and the arts within the National Curriculum framework. A fantastic model.
