Many people never get better at hard things because they decide they are going to bad at them forever, which is just such a low expectation to have for yourself and your own capability to grow and flourish.
"Cuando aparezca un pensamiento no deseado, descártalo y recuerda tu identidad. (...) Lo único que necesitas hacer es decir: esto no tiene nada que ver conmigo." 👏👏
Los pensamientos negativos no tienen influencia sobre tus asunciones ni sobre vos, ya hiciste tu decisión.
Don't focus on time when manifesting. For some it may take a day and for the other it may take a month. Being consistent with the new story is the most important factor. There's no harm in thinking in your favour.
you should 1000% be applying this mindset to everything u want btw. every goal u have. u should not be seeing ur goals and desires as extremely difficult to get. u should be seeing it as the easiest thing in the world
YOUR THOUGHTS ARE HEARD BY EVERYONE. USE THEM FOR YOUR ADVANTAGE.
HEAR HIM OUT GUYS👑
whether you are manifesting Sp, health, career or literally anything under the sun; NEVER SHIT TALK about it even if 3D is hurting your ass everyday, thats you old identity. Period.
then you remember that there’s multiple realities that all exist simultaneously so you’re just thinking of an outcome that has zero proof of existence unless you continue to remain aware of it. and suddenly you’re at peace.💁🏽♀️
> started doing affirmations like “i am brave” “i can ask for help” last week
> started noticing when i feel Stuck or Worried
> started asking my coworkers and roommates for help instead of Ruminating
> way less anxiety
> way more efficient

Train your mind to see yourself as the greatest version of you.
As you wake up picture the day as them, see how naturally they do everything, that no matter how it goes they did it perfectly.
Notice how powerful it feels being fully aligned with yourself.
Can you imagine the admiration in the eyes of others as you speak with conviction.
How good does that feel?
Let this excite you.
Let this inspire your actions.
Let this magnetise opportunities to you.
Then, as you fall asleep mentally replay all the moments throughout the day you existed from this experience of you.
So tomorrow you wake up as the person you wish to.
PLEASE never give up, I promise you this stuff is real and that there's a reason u found it. you got nothing to lose by ending the victim mentality. you already have it :)
I was watching one of Eric’s videos and he said something that REALLY clicked for me. You may not be able to control the first thought that pops into your head, but you can control the second thought. And the third, and the fourth, and every thought after that.
Let’s say you’re manifesting your SP and suddenly they ghost you, or you find out they’re talking to someone else. Your immediate thought might be, “Damn, he didn’t choose me.” Okay. That thought happened. But what happens next is up to you. You have the ability to catch yourself and go, “Actually, no. I’m perfection. I’m his dream girl. I’m the love of his life. He’s madly in love with me. He’s deeply devoted to me. I’m the one and only. He only wants me. He has eyes for me and me only because I’m THAT bitch. I’m THAT girl.”
THAT is persistence. Persistence isn’t never having a negative thought. It isn’t never reacting to your circumstances or pretending you don’t have human emotions. You can see something you don’t like and cry your fucking eyes out. You can be angry. You can feel like shit. Feel it. Cry it out. Let yourself be human. And then come back to your story.
Your initial reaction doesn’t have to become your identity. One unwanted thought doesn’t have to turn into an entire week of you telling yourself you’re unwanted, unchosen, broke, unsuccessful, or whatever else contradicts what you’ve decided for yourself. This applies to ANYTHING: SPs, money, jobs, appearance, success, whatever.
You don’t “ruin” everything because you cried or had a bad thought. The issue is when you continuously go back and forth between claiming what you want and then spending the rest of your time reinforcing the opposite story. If you say, “I have my SP,” but then spend the entire week complaining about how you don’t have them, you’re constantly returning to the old story.
So if the first thought is, “I wasn’t chosen,” let it be a thought. The next one can be, “Girl, be fucking serious. Of course I’m chosen.” And then keep choosing that story again and again and again. THAT is consistency. THAT is persistence. Feel your feelings, let them pass, and then remind yourself who the fuck you are.
