@DesertBulleit @joeroganhq From what I've researched, that whole myth is overblown. American bread uses more sugar as a hygroscopic and softener. Nutritionally the difference is negligible from white bread in other countries. The issue is that white bread in general is unhealthy. Subway's is just no worse.
