This has been SO STRESSFUL….all the way up to the last day dealing with it. That’s when I just prayed about it and asked THE LORD to take care of it….got a call a few hours later saying a replacement was sent out. HE will remind you that HE is in control.

THANK YOU JESUS, it actually came🤯 Had to sit outside and wait so I could record the entire thing as well as opening it on one continuous video. It was BS to basically be accused of stealing the first one, 2x being denied refund/replacement 3x escalating ….not happening again!

While waiting outside for this delivery, I FINALLY saw my @USPS delivery man so I could give him his Christmas card $…..unlike another company, he has YET to deliver an completely/obviously open package that was missing a +$1200 item….🤔

Evidently today I get to see if I will get my phone or an empty box again. I sent @UPS a detailed description/photos of the box and come to find out…they actually have a photo department specifically for this🤯 Now I have to take off work/record receiving the phone just in case!

FINALLY! @Apple is sending me my replacement! This has been THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have dealt with from any company I have ordered from. Now I am going to take the day off, again and wait outside for the @UPS driver, in case they have another empty box for me! ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!

@UPS 👇picture of my open package that your driver left on my porch, missing my $1300 17 Pro Max, UPS is saying I got it….so either the driver took it/incompetent because there is NO WAY that driver didn’t see it was opened! The light is reflecting off the open flap/crease in box!

@UPS closeup picture driver took of my package….it’s 2026 & it looks like they are using Polaroids. Look at the light that is reflecting off the box, that light bar has a bend on the crease where the flap/box was opened. It would show the light going straight down if sealed!

Thank you in advance. I am being denied a refund and I can’t afford to lose $1300 and I am up against 2 giant corporations and I am no one….this is the 3rd escalation in my fight for a refund. They are basically saying I got the phone and i’m lying.

@nigeldanson I NEED YOUR HELP! I was searching X for an expert in photography/lighting and I see you are one. UPS delivered me an empty box that should have had a 17 pro max. The photo the driver took was of an opened box and I think the 3 light rays prove the flap was open…

The photo is horrible, but you can still see the crease in the box where the light slightly bends. Am I right in thinking A closed box wouldn’t show in the light, instead the tape was completely removed and the box flap was opened, hence the reason the light looks almost straight

This is SO FRUSTRATING and I feel helpless against 2 huge companies who already have their money and will just write off….while I can’t afford to just throw away $1300. And to be told that I received it, when I didn’t, is beyond frustrating! NTM, Their own picture proves it!?

1st I’m told that everything is fine/worry about nothing/don’t need a police report. They deny a refund. Then I’m told to get a police report, so I do. Then I’m told that it was pointless for me to do that, when it comes to getting a refund, waiting on 3rd escalation. Im Venting.

Any light reflection experts out there?👇picture the driver took. The light on the box is almost straight because the flap was lifted up! The light beams would show a closed package/right angle, instead of an open flap. I can even see the light bending on line where the fold is!?

So I ordered a new 17 pro max from @Apple and @UPS delivers me an empty box. NO WAY the driver didn’t know that box was empty NO WAY! Now Apple doesn’t want to send me a refund or replacement🤔Wonder how many people? Since it’s just a write off to 🍎 & im nobody so #%$& me…

@Blackadder04181 @Apple @UPS I wouldn’t think so either…it’s just wild that entire/3hr stop isn’t listed at all. I just looked and it said arrived at facility and there is a distribution center there so that has to be it…but why would that stop not be listed…🤔 Something seem really off about it…
