Last December? I was the main character in a financial heartbreak story.
Zero savings, full vibes. January taught me sense. Let me gist you🤣
I had big plans to save. I even started small.
Then December came.
Weddings. Trip. Events. One outfit turned to five.
"What they are doing in Kogi and Kwara is just a test of ground...The information in our disposal is that they want to attack Oyo, Ekiti, Ondo and Lagos State."
Ganiu Adams says the ongoing attacks signal a looming security crisis that must be urgently addressed.

Because tell me why this government or even the previous one didn’t try to make things better when they took over from Jonathan’s regime. This is not even a party issue, it’s a country issue. But no, they will still twist it into a political party fight.
Avid supporters will come out and say, “It’s just social media propaganda. It’s not as bad as they’re making it seem. Where’s the actual evidence?”
Well, I won’t swear for you people, but it’s obvious you don’t know what you’re doing.
And my question to you is this:
When you’re handed a task, don’t you try to do better than the person before you? Don’t you try to improve what was given to you? Or do you just collect it and say, “Wo! I’m not changing anything”?
@_thecareerlady Same thing here. I woke up and the first thing I remembered is this video . The fears and cries of those children in the background.
Lack of accountability is what we Nigerians have been facing from our leaders. They are always quick to drop statements that won’t do anything.
And it’s not even a matter of saying “let’s all japa,” because what about our families? Our parents, siblings, and extended family? They will still be here.
Twice now in my generation, I’ve watched the news of kidnapped school girls from the North.
The first major one I remember seeing everywhere was the Chibok girls. Till today, what came out of that? Were all the girls rescued? Was anything meaningful done?
Nothing. Till now, nothing.
Now we are in 2025 and it has happened again. School girls kidnapped in Kebbi.
This shouldn’t still be happening. It feels like a new generation of bandits is simply continuing from where the old ones stopped ; the same tyranny, the same fear.
or simply spoke the truth, you will see how they find those people; even if they’re hiding inside a hole, they’ll dig them out. It just shows that this so-called government can fix this insecurity if they truly want to.
Omo!!! I just woke up and the memory of that CAC church clip is still stuck in my head.
The fear I felt when I started thinking about how insecurity is slowly creeping into different states shows that we are really in big soup,
especially with the irresponsible government we have.
God!!! This is so sad!
Why is it so hard for the government to resolve insecurity issues? If it’s to track those who tweeted about the government, protested against the government,

📝Regional abbreviations you should take note of when applying for jobs:
When looking at global roles, you’ll often see companies mention regions instead of specific countries. Here’s a quick guide so you know what they mean:
• EMEA: Europe, Middle East, and Africa
Often used by multinational companies to group countries across these three regions.
• APAC: Asia-Pacific
Includes countries like China, Japan, India, Singapore, Australia, and others in the Asia-Pacific area.
• LATAM: Latin America
Covers South and Central American countries and the Caribbean.
• NA: North America
Primarily the United States and Canada, sometimes includes Mexico depending on context.
• CIS: Commonwealth of Independent States
A regional organization of former Soviet Republics (e.g., Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan).
• ANZ: Australia and New Zealand
Refers specifically to these two countries, sometimes used in APAC job scopes.
You'll find this list super useful if you’re applying to remote or regional positions
