@EmiratesSupport I am silver skywards member. Traveled from sea to Dubai (stay in Dubai) then to Del. Found check in luggage broken on landing & it's not usable anymore. I filed complaint on 14 Dec still no response. Need to fly bck in 7 days. So frustrating.

@vfsglobalcare I applied for visa on 24th Nov and it's more than 4 days but visa application isn't processed. My flight is on Dec 3rd UAE has national holiday on 2nd and 3rd dec so will I get my visa in time? Because of the delay by VFsglobal team, I would end up losing flight and visa cost.
