This morning from the cemetery to A4 there were road closure signs out and cadent vans in the car park of screwfix etc by the A4

@SouthEalingRoad Sorry to report but this morning they’re back putting out road closed signs
3 days it was open with No works &
looks like it’s cadent again as their vans were in the screwfix car park.
Cadent are either incompetent or the council are
it’s a relentless never ending cycle of works

Considering these works were meant to be 4 wks from 4th Jan I can’t see them meeting this target either.
An absolute farce is what it is.

@iancollinsuk as long as his road is a motorway with no roadworks I will be happy....just about reaching the end of my tether I need to see my parents, children and grandchildren without restrictions

@VirendraSharma @CadentGasLtd Theres now more holes in Sth Ealing Rd,the 1s from Jan are still to be fixed & yet they’ve dug more!
I hope they’re fined or compensation is being paid as a few days snow is no excuse for this poorly managed work,it’s worse now than in Jan.

Or are the water board/BT/electric or Time Team looking for roman artefacts due to start then?
That’s the problem it seems to be one constant set of roadworks/restrictions after another!

@JuliaHB1 What I hate is when tougher measures are introduced they nearly always ask ‘when will these be lifted’ before they’ve even been given chance to work!
