@RocketLeague Since the update last night the game instantly crashes on startup thru steam w7. Verified game cache, ran with -autoconfig (default settings), launched as admin, updates graphics driver, deleted game cache files and reinstalled entire game. NEED FIX ASAP PLEASE :(
@JagexAsh Unfortunately as you know the YouTube private messaging has been completely removed with no way of retrieving old messages. So I don't have direct proof may you guys do on your end. But I was messaged asking for my OSRS username and I replied late.

There should be an option as to where the Bond goes on the purchase page in store so as to avoid unnecessary issues.
Also can we have a setting to put a default world selection on OSRS Mobile? I always find myself having to select a lower ping world.

@JagexSupport Hello, my bond was sent to RS3 instead of OSRS. I require my bond on OSRS. I am unsure if my bond is in my currency pouch but I have taken a screenshot. Please confirm that you're able to transfer the bond over to OSRS or if there is further steps I am to take.
@JagexAsh Unless I have missed a link to submit a support ticket or something I just don't see it.
I will mention at the time of purchasing there was the xmas event update ongoing. I am unsure if this has anything to do with why I didn't receive a bond.
@JagexAsh I only reach a page where it reads "...Please check your bank statement to make sure the money was definitely taken from your account." And I checked 100% the payment has gone through and is successful. There is no contact link on that page. It's just a dead end.
