@CAamanmittal But I didn’t understand why it is 10%. They could have set criteria like director remuneration in case of company. So if limit exceeds in case of individual partner, it is required to be deducted as per slab rate. This would benefit the small partnership firms

Can’t make a rule that CA in practice can apply for Tender through CA platform only and so automatically no CA firm will be (1/2)
