@AmazonHelp @AmazonHelp 19 May was my promise date and when already shared my address and location over call even though it was not delivered. This is how @AmazonKSA valued a customer.

@AmazonKSA Very disappointed with amazon delivery today, Where DA asking my address which is already updated along with Lat & long. When i try to connect with CS team, they tried to blame me that my address is incorrect. Where as amazon failed to deliver my order on promise date.
