Absolutely horrendous experience with the souled store
colour faded after just one wash

First they assure me a replacement will be given, then they say product is no longer available and they are scheduling a pickup for refunding
......

All my queries are replied with the preset replies and no particular help is provided
They sent a substandard product and I am not even able to contact them properly

I want immediate resolution on this and an actual contact to someone who can resolve this issue

The first time they pickup the product but give it back because in their systems the pickup gets cancelled

Second time just today the guy from DTDC says I have to pack, print a label and then give the product.

I don't have a contact, no address then how am I supposed to pack it
