@Lolade4PF@AbbyDaini12861 It’s a different world. My one brag is I used the Monte Carlo casino toilets as a changing room for the beach walking in without shoes and wet swim shorts. The security is pretty on it, must have thought I was stupidly rich to do that (had £200 to my name at 21 at that point 😅)
@AbbyDaini12861@Lolade4PF For example, when I was at the GP a couple years ago this yatch (2015 build) isn’t even the most flashiest in PH, but it costs £150million, to keep it on the water? £13million a year. Every single year. Musicians, celebs, sports stars (except a small handfull) can’t afford it.
@AbbyDaini12861@Lolade4PF That’s why most are leased, Verstappen and LeClerc have one - but google their boats and compare the size to the ones pictured. Not even in the same conversation it’s horrifyibly laughable. This isn’t fame money, this is even trumps oligarch money. @AbbyDaini12861
@TheNewsProfesor@nomoreshhhh@LH44updates I know they’re not forced to, it’s not the law. But it should be a requirement, and it’s generally an unspoken agreement when doing a pit walk to those who know the etiquette of the sport.
Monegasque police arent arresting you for not speaking if that’s what implied thanks Grok
@TheNewsProfesor@nomoreshhhh@LH44updates I disagree, if you want to get the social clout of being seen on the pitlane then you have a polite obligation to engage
@JWFLRC@WilJay_1 They have a smaller boat specifically for port Hercules & taxi between that and the boat moored further out by the oceanographie museum
