Kalau meraba2 dari postingan Pak Kris Antoni, mungkin casenya spt ini:

-Perusahaan selama ini mencatat gaji karyawan sebagai beban

-Pemeriksa pajak berpendapat selama development, gaji karyawan harus dikapitalisasi, bukan dibebankan (mengacu ke IFRS - PSAK)

-Karena dikapitalisasi, beban jadi lebih kecil, dan laba makin tinggi, sehingga pajak juga makin tinggi yang berujung kurang bayar

-Industri game sangat berisiko. Jika game tersebut gagal di pasar, perusahaan sudah terlanjur membayar pajak atas aset yang sebenarnya tidak bernilai.

- Di banyak negara maju, pemerintah memberikan R&D Tax Incentive, semoga Indonesia juga menyusul, sayang banget kalo developer sekelas Toge harus pindah negara.
