@thepokemodgroup My hope is Nintendo has the common sense to step in & protect their brand & ID from poor decision making like this. If it goes ahead, then PoGO is fucked.

Not just this, but the start of continuous bad decisions that will deter most of the playerbase keeping this game going.

@PokemonTCGP Having AI bots goes against the very essence of what competitive mode should be. Also, robust rewards need to be considered for when people climb the higher ranks.

Also, matchmaking is just as bad as Pokemon GO's. I think I'll stick to non-ranked battles.

@ItsFleeceKing @PokemonGoApp While I agree that overlapping events suck, as spawns & tasks clash, these safari zones and GOFest events completely overwrite the designated areas anyway 🤷‍♂️

Those who can't afford to go to these in-person events need to have a fun event too.

@PokemonTCGP So many ideas for battles events, and you include these shitty winstreak events which require RNG, coin flips, and matchmaking to go in your favour. You make enough money already, so why not actually try some new ideas. This is lazy.

@PokemonTCGP Or you can try and update PvP to have a NOEX mode or limit to one per deck. Unless you're a tryhard meta user, literally 30% of the entire available cards are playable. Win streak events suck so much.

Also, there's far too much RNG and coin flips influencing outcomes of games.

@pokeAK101 Not even an hour in, and already noticed a "very early" Rank 12. I'm pretty sure Rank 6 is the highest you can climb up on Day 1. I recorded the full battle as well.

@pogo_central Alsp, the Shiny drop rate and stay rollout for Kyurem was absolute ass. We did about 15 to 20 raids and out of 75 of us, only a measly 10 to 12 people I know got the Shiny, and that's a bad turnout for that number.

Given I was playing in a high density spawning location with shed ton of stops, hatched lots of eggs and done raids. No way were the eggs 1/64. I'm convinced them & starters were 1/128. Deerling & Pikas I agree.

Worse than Sinnoh Tour easily.

@zyonik It has, sort of. But the state of GBL is so bad that it's barely playable at best - unplayable most of the time. Stutter lag, freezing, and the matchmaking is just extremely RPS in all cups. I even wrote down all leads & backlines of the same team.

You're not missing out at all.

@STYLESCLASH08 @PokemonGoApp The way to fix it is to log into your account from a different device, set the avatar clothing to standard/change hairstyle and then log back in. It should fix it.

It seems to affect avatar clothing from paid tickets and also hairstyles which were in thebgame, now removed.

@STYLESCLASH08 @PokemonGoApp It happened to me too. What's happened is that the recent update affected the avatar features. Certain clothing and hairstyles are causing the game to soft lock because it can't recognize them due to said bug.

Changed probably wasn't the right word to use - but moreso affected by the recent update. Prof Willow Pants and Boots cause it to crash, and if you had an old hairstyle, and it's no longer in the game I.e short hair - that causes the soft lock as well.

The latest #PokemonGO #update is causing the game to permanently soft lock because certain Avatar items & hairstyles have been changed or removed.

The way to fix it is to log into your account on a different device & change the clothing to standard clothing. That fixes it.

@zyonik Also considering doing the same myself after this season finishes. GBL is becoming unbearable and my passion for battles has almost gone completely. Stale metas, game breaking bugs/glitches & nothing being done by Niantic to maintain the state of GBL is what's put me off playing
