सहायक समादेष्टा के लिए 450 चयनित और मेडिकली क्लियर होने के बाद भी उन्हे फोर्स अलाटमेंट और नियुक्ति पत्र न दें पाने से बलों में वैकेंसी बनी रहेगी और यह कैरियर प्रोग्रेशन पर भी असर डालेगी और अकादमियां भी अंडर यूटिलाइजड रहेगी। इसमें और देरी न की जाए।
