@airindia self checkin counters at FRA is mess. Baggage tags not being printed,even if tried on multiple machines. 2 Service representatives r HELPLESS & ur team at checkin counters are deceptive & not willing to help. Do not allow to checkin at the counters !! Its harassment !!
