If @ECISVEEP believes that Rahul Gandhi’s data/charges are false and misleading, then why doesn’t the ECI file a criminal complaint FIR and haul the Cong leader to court? After all, Rahul Gandhi has made his charges outside parliament where he has no parliamentary immunity. Name calling or bureaucratic responses aren’t the answer. For its own credibility, EC should be ready to take on Rahul Gandhi legally with the full might of the state, no?
