@HalifaxBank I appreciate you can't accelerate the fix but it would be useful if your status page could reflect this multi-day company-wide outage so we can save returning for when it is fixed. Is there an ETA for the fix? Daily hour round trips on the off-chance isn't very customer focused.

@HalifaxBank Dartford and Bluewater. We were told to "come back later and it might be back" both yesterday and today. Whilst there is a paper option we really need to do it fairly immediately so we can properly authenticate her. My presumption is the paper option relies on the same system.
