@Bbbartlettt As someone who works in nurseries they've either used them accidentally or misplaced them. I'd advise you to label everything she goes in! Even if on her tags on her clothes has her initials! No way of anything getting mixed or lost 😊x

What i did was replied to the generic email that i got sent back from sending in a customer service request and put "urgent " in the subject and explained my situation.
