@DKThomp I'm sorry Derek, but I respectfully disagree. I thought that your podcasts on this subject were superficial and damaging to people's understanding. And I'll say this is true for people who are on both 'sides' of the conflict. I think you actually hurt people's understanding.

@Rosenbergradio Maybe try limiting on what you claim expertise. I listened to what you said on Higher Learning, and your opinion, while personal, is uninformed on so many issues. Just because your friend asks you to talk, doesn't mean you are qualified to do so.
@united Can I get someone from Customer Service to help me? I've had to wait two hours on the phone today, just for your CSR to tell me that someone will have to call me back, and then they hung up on me. That's on top of the 90 min I waited the day before.
I have little faith that anyone from @united customer service will call me today. Even though the last @united CSR said someone will call me back and then hung up on me.
On hold for over 2 hours with @united for the 2nd day. All to fix a flight reservation was messed up by their reservation system using flight credits from a flight they cancelled. No one will give me a reference this. The worst is that the CSR wants me to hang up.
