Submitted my OnePlus 8 Pro on 4 Aug 2026 at an OnePlus Authorised OPPO Service Centre, Hazratganj, Lucknow for the Green Line issue, no receipt given. Promised repair in 8-10 days. It's been over a month with zero resolution. @OnePlus @OnePlus_Support @onepluscareIN @OnePlus_IN

But today, they removed all 500 - 1000 denominations and there's only 10K amazon pay GV.

I have updated the case with current scenerio. My lawyer asked me to raise a complaint at NCH 1800-11-4000 (NATIONAL COMPLAINT HELPLINE)

I request responsible authorities to look into it

@OnePlus_Support called me sharing that there is no possible way to fix the line on the screen without changing the back panel. THAT MAKES NO SENSE.

They offered a 20% discount on this upsell. Consumer court is the only way!
