I came across VAPI, Retell and other companies but they didn't have the context of my business and also I have to change the way the agent works every few times. I needed an agent that knows my business, has context about it, and I can fine tune it and change it anytime I want to. @Teknium It's great news but one of the best things about cloud-hosted Hermes is that you can have a public webhook URL without any tunneling. Your agent will be aware of the calls it recieved on its phone number easily.. If you don't have one for your Hermes get one at @AgentLineHQ
