19,000 Gmail integration errors in one day. Sounds like a crisis.

Turns out someone was doing Inbox Zero. Mass-deleting emails triggered a cascade of "message not found" errors as the sync tried to process messages that no longer existed.

Not a bug. Not a breach. Just aggressive email hygiene.

The fix took 5 minutes once we understood the pattern.
