Everyone's shipping agents. Almost nobody's talking about what it takes to keep them reliable in production.
That's the conversation tonight at AI builders night (NY @Techweek_) with @braintrust + @baseten .
6-9 PM, The Ready Cantina. Pull up.
Ah. This explains it. We’ve been having an incredible experience with opus 4.8 - contrary to some other reports on X / Reddit.
PromptQL’s approach is very similar and 4.8 just slays this kind of planning. The model just _gets_ it.
Turns out "enterprise #AI company throws a mango party" was a great idea.
#MangoMaxxing happened - 700 people down for trays of peak season Indian mangoes, @GullyLabs sneakers, and the best @CurryUpNow chai and samosas in SF.
Our biggest in-person event yet. From Mango to Mang-went 😜
Thanks for packing the room. Same time next mango season? 🥭
Honestly, any new AI feature drop from leading AI products isn't awing me anymore. We're so used to the awesome stuff that AI can do daily at @PromptQL . Dumping one such example below.
Your skills and knowledge aren't the moat you thought they were.
That decade of domain expertise? The institutional knowledge you carry?
AI with the right context is faster. And in business, faster always wins.
The people who thrived? They figured out how to make themselves indispensable. Adam Malone breaks down exactly how.
Today | ALIGN AI Executive Summit | 3:00pm ET
Single-player AI: you prompt, you get an answer, you move on.
Multiplayer AI: your whole team prompts, the AI learns, everyone benefits.
Tomorrow. Booth #6 at @DataSciConnect's ALIGN Atlanta.
Fire: good
Wheel: also good
Peak season Indian mangoes: transcendent
Mangomaxxing with @GullyLabs.
Kicks, mango tasting, chai, samosas, music, and good people. Link in comments 👇🥭
SF tech discovering indian mangoes in 2026 feels like watching people discover fire

Security vulnerability protocol updated.
Not in a Google Doc that gets stale.
Not in Confluence nobody checks.
In the wiki. Where AI enforces it.
Living documentation > static documents.
The teams shipping fastest in 2026 aren't just using AI tools. They've restructured everything around them.
Tonight we're demoing what that actually looks like.
SF. Doors at 5:30.

I see the playbook for killing SaaS tools right in front of my eyes. Minute by minute. It's just fascinating to see.
Not killing it outright, but gradually replacing bits of what we would have done on SaaS tools. (strangler pattern vibes).
Give every slack channel a generative app / dashboard thing.
That's it. Deets on how it this works for us 🧵
19,000 Gmail integration errors in one day. Sounds like a crisis.
Turns out someone was doing Inbox Zero. Mass-deleting emails triggered a cascade of "message not found" errors as the sync tried to process messages that no longer existed.
Not a bug. Not a breach. Just aggressive email hygiene.
The fix took 5 minutes once we understood the pattern.
Getting to that understanding without shared context? Hours of panic.
That's why the wiki matters.
Everyone's building agents. Few are asking what happens when more than one person uses them.
One AI. One shared context. Same accurate answer for everyone.
Rob Dominguez will host a live demo today at 12:50 PM in Agentic Hall 1
Everyone tried to solve AI the same way. Sales agent. Support agent. Ops agent. Finance agent.
You don't need 10 agents. You need shared context.
You need one accurate AI that connects to all your data and learns how your team actually works.
That's team AI. Learn more at AI Agent Conference in NYC this week.
