@Eurostar Cancellations happen I can understand that but the lack of infrastructure in place for such a busy time. No barriers, staff not knowing what’s happening and limited announcements meant we nearly missed the train even though it was delayed #Eurostar #whatajoke #ES9031 #refund

@Eurostar we have just left the Gare du Nord station on our train, which is over an hour late and that was after queuing in the station in 30*C heat for over an hour waiting to get through check in. That’s pretty shocking by anyone’s standards #ES9031
