@CityofCT question, why can we never use the EGates at the CT airports. I’m a frequent traveler and they are always working but the immigration staff never let you use them. Such a waste of money on them, not to mention frustration of having to queue for ages!

Few places we get fast track with a SA passport, and when we get home we can’t use e-gates and need to queue with all passports. Really silly and waste of money on those gates TBH!
