@NatWest_Help Hi, I had to have my debit card cancelled due to fraudulent activity. I’m waiting on quite a few refunds though and I’m worried they won’t come through. One said it should have been in my account working 24-48 hours on Friday and still no sign. Any help/reassurance?

@Churchill hi, I’ve renewed my car insurance online but realised it says that I don’t have a child under 16 in the household, which I now do. Is there any way to edit this online? Thanks ☺️

@nsandihelp Not anymore unfortunately, there was yesterday which is when I uploaded the certificate but now I can’t find any way to upload my own docs, which is why I assume they should have been done together. Okay, thank you, I’ll try and call when (if) the baby is sleeping later 🤞🏻🙈 Sam

@nsandihelp Hi, I’m setting up an ISA for my daughter and just started to upload the ID documents. I accidentally clicked submit after photographing her birth certificate but hadn’t uploaded my passport/d.license and now can’t get back to do so. Any help? Thanks, Sam
