@NikeService just told me to wait 6-9 weeks for a decision on shoes it took me weeks to get them to even look at. Then when I said I was told 4-5 weeks they said fine, you can wait that long then 😑. Wouldn’t allow me to start a formal complaint and disconnected me. Disgraceful
