@AmazonHelp Received replacement today however this is also completely soiled again. Outside serial numbers are covered and it does not look original. Highly disappointed being a loyal prime customer for more than a decade. Look for immediate refund.

Received a soiled, duplicate iPhone charger on 1st April. Apple Support confirmed Amazon must resolve this, and the nearest service center is an illogical 200km away. As a Prime member for over a decade, I trusted Amazon.
