@NutriDetect I discovered my B6 Toxicity in August of 2023. In the lead up to this I had been taking a multivitamin, containing 60.8mg, and a Magnesium supplement, containing 60mg, daily for 3 months. I had taken them sporadically in previous years too. It ruined my life for a while there!
