@HMRCcustomers A refund is apparently being sent to me for the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 overpayment.. But I need to pay this £400 apparently owed from 2017 by 2022? Really confused. Please advise!

@HMRCcustomers Hi, I've had three letters on my tax account for the calculations from previous years, of which in 2017-2018 says I owe money (which you automatically altered my tax code during that period for me to pay) which meant apparently I then paid too much tax in 2018 & 2019.
