@ACTFibernet What is wrong with you guys? The power backup issue is still not fixed. I got a call that the power backup would be replaced the next day after I complained, but it is still not fixed.

@ACTFibernet no internet since yesterday afternoon. Your maintenance people were here throughout the day and they didn't finish the work which was supposed to be completed by 7 PM. FYI there was no prior intimation about the maintenance.

@BisleriZone No one reached out, instead they just marked it as unsuccessful delivery attempt. No one attempted to call me. I spoke to the person who said he will attempt a delivery "before 10 PM" and he said that he didn't mark it. The service is just pathetic.

@BisleriZone I ordered water cans on Friday. Order no.BSLRE-003HY-053378. Even after 3 days and speaking with 4 personnel still no delivery. Customer service number is always busy. Horrible experience from someone who commit 24 hours delivery.
