Previously, you could sort processes, tasks & dossiers according to a few fixed criteria.
With the new filter, you now have many more options for filtering. It's even possible to filter by the templates' data fields!

In samarbeid, you can now add not only individuals but also entire groups as participants in tasks, processes and process templates. This means that you can add teams or working groups with one click without having to select all members individually.

If you have several similar tasks in a process template, you previously had to create them manually. Now you can duplicate tasks in templates. This creates exact copies, including all data fields & settings. That simplifies working on process templates.

Oftentimes you need input from external parties -without wanting to grant them full access to the samarbeid system. With the new feature “contribution”, it is easy and secure to integrate external parties into your own work processes via a dedicated link.

We have created space in the header. You can now configure the main menu to provide direct links to the important work areas, tasks and dossiers in samarbeid for all team members.

Up to now, individual tasks were referred to as “without template”, which made it difficult to navigate. We have now changed “ without template” to “individual tasks” and made it easier to find your way at a glance.

It has so far been possible to automatically assign responsibities for processes and tasks in templates. Participants could only be added manually. We have made that easier: participants can now be automatically assigned to processes and tasks.

In the past it wasn't possible to shift tasks out of their existing processes into other instances. To deliver on the samarbeid promise of flexibility, we implemented a new feature: From now on, existing tasks can be moved to other open processes.
