A simple conversation could help save someone’s life.
If you spot someone who doesn’t look OK. Small, soft questions can be a gentle way in - they interrupt the cycle of thoughts and help someone shift a little inside and engage with the world outside of their thoughts

Day 3 highlights. @Samaritans#WestMidlands had a busy day meeting lots of people and dogs incl. lots of canine cuddles and photos. It’s heartwarming to hear how much their dogs help them when life feels difficult. Woofin Wonderful!
