Warning to customers⚠️
Purchased a pair of jeans from @PepeJeans online which tore after just one wear (not even washed).
Customer care says it's due to “usage & handling” and refuses replacement.
Is this the quality standard of Pepe Jeans products?

I immediately contacted @PepeJeans customer care and shared all details along with the invoice and pictures of the damaged product.

However, their team responded saying the damage happened due to “usage & handling” and not a manufacturing defect when it was worn only once

@baggitworld @baggit @jagograhakjago @ConsumerAffairs Defective Quality BAGGIT products are delivered through online purchase order no - 18191 on their website. After sending a complaint on their registered support email ID. They sent a mail on assurance but nothing moving ahead.

Immediately after I posted this post I received a call from the contractor person, why did you tweet this post. We could have resolved the issue by refunding the catering amount from ticket.
