Decision of restricting the use of a particular chat tool is so ill-logical. Are you saying that the culprits won't use other apps?
We portray ourselves as the biggest IT skilled resource country and taking such decisions makes us laughable
@narendramodi

The Honourable Prime Minister, Shri. Narendra Modiji,
Jai Maharashtra,
Veteran industrialist Ratan Tata, who shaped the Indian industry for the last three decades, passed away. You knew Shri Ratan Tata closely and would have gathered that he was a person least interested in honours and accolades. But his contributions to the Indian industry and our economy was immense. More importantly, his humanity was his true greatness. Such a person should have received ‘Bharat Ratna’, our highest civilian honour, during his lifetime. But now me and my party request and hope that he be declared ‘Bharat Ratna’ posthumously. I am sure all Indians have the same expectation.
When the news of Ratan Tata's death came out yesterday, people voluntarily paused their programs and paid their tribute. At some venues in Mumbai even Dandiya was stopped midway, and a two minute’s silence was observed. Since this morning, everyone in India have been pouring out their tributes on social media. As if someone from their own home has departed. If such personalities aren’t 'Bharat Ratna' then who is?
Therefore, I am sure that you will take some decision in this regard and instruct those concerned.
India is a veritable mine of such gems. But bestowing them with any civil honour should take place at an appropriate stage of their lives. Never again should anyone request a posthumous honour for anyone. Honouring someone during their life, and when they are hale and hearty, is better. We often see such eminent people receiving their honour in a state of physical disrepair, and that’s not right.
I am sure you will institute a definite policy in this regard.
Raj Thackeray.
