I’m really enjoying this one, more than I thought I would. Not sure why I put off starting it for so long. Maybe because it was so popular and I subconsciously don’t want to “go along with the crowd”?

Reminds me of Battle Royale as well as the oft-mentioned Hunger Games.

I finished this one a couple of days go. I was looking for a spy novel but this is much more a commentary on Americanism and Vietnam than a spy novel. I can see why it won the Pulitzer Prize.
