โGele is such a huge deal and a source of pride to Yoruba people. Whenever my grandma comes back from a party, the first thing she does is fold her gele.
I want a girl from Erin Ile, Kwara State, where my roots are, to see my album cover and feel represented.โ
โ Ayra Starr explains that wearing gele was a meaningful way to honour her Yoruba roots and celebrate the richness of Yoruba culture and heritage.
Ngl we need to cut this bs that โPL footballers would make fans look ordinary in 5 asideโ. I guarantee you I am better at football than a lot of these mid table players. Are you telling me Iโd look shit in a pitch with guys like Will Hughes and Ryan Christie? Okay
Comparing old pictures of preachers in their days of poverty and obscurity with their recent "God's general" glitz and glamour usually gets me wondering.
God rewards His labourers, but ministerial progress isn't always about accumulating more money and more beauty.
Peter left His fishing business to follow Christ.
Someone was told to sell all he had to follow Jesus.
I'm sure Paul became poorer after becoming an Apostle.
The real issue is not about possessing more things in your service to God.
It's about what God has gained through your labours and sacrifices.
If we are indeed servants of Christ, it is what He gains that should mark our scripts.
Not what we earned, made, or even stole.
This reminds me of when I wz working in an orthopedic ward, there wz a good number of female student nurses and I was d only male nurse among dem. Anytime the nurses wants to do wound dressing theyโre always calling me to assist dem๐ฉif i ask why? Theyโll say women have problem๐ญ
Canโt even fault men that wonโt follow you guys to Antenatal, see the nonsense you guys are singing ๐
Itโs her seriousness for me
Now I want to do another 9 months course so I can travel to Nigeria to sing rubbish

Someone just fainted during urinating.
His bladder was very full, and he was forcing the urine out fast. That entire thing triggered something in his body that slowed his heart rate and opened his blood vessels very wide and gbam. Fainted!
This is actually very rare
To God be the glory.๐โค๏ธ
