Have you ever thought about this?

Imagine you and your family are locked inside a large apartment.

Food is supplied endlessly.

Clean water never runs out.

Everything you need arrives on time.

There is only one condition:

No waste will ever be taken out.

No garbage collection.

No sewage system.

Nothing leaves the apartment.

How long do you think your family would survive before the place becomes uninhabitable?

A few months?

A few years?

Now think about something remarkable.

Human beings have been living on Earth for thousands of years.

Billions of people have lived and died here.

Trillions of meals have been eaten.

Countless tons of waste have been generated.

Yet Earth has continued to support life.

Why?

Because our planet was designed with recycling systems so sophisticated that most people rarely stop to think about them.

Plants take in what animals give off.

Animals take in what plants give off.

Others decay and form manure.

Water evaporates, forms clouds, falls as rain, and begins the journey again.

Again and again.

Year after year.

Generation after generation.

The more I think about it, the harder it becomes for me to believe this is the product of blind chance.

There is a reason the Bible says:

“The fool says in his heart: ‘There is no Jehovah.’” — Psalm 14:1

And:

“Jehovah founded the earth in wisdom.” — Proverbs 3:19

The Earth is not just a place we live.

It is one of the greatest engineering marvels ever created.
