I have spent 7 years in this domain (2013-2019) and there's no money to make until you're selling 175-200MT monthly as a trader. After that its not more than 2Rs per kg because you're capex is funded by CGTSME Loan.
As a manufacturer its even less.

I placed an order for an Adjustable Desk on 27th April. It was delivered around 7th May, and during installation on 10th May, the product turned out to be defective.
4/Then on 26th May, after making me wait for almost a month with an unusable product occupying space at home, they suddenly started hiding behind a “non-returnable product” policy when I asked for a full refund.
