It's a shame. In spite of follow up for more than 1 month Eureka Forbes have failed to resolve the complain CM-240925-59460138. They sold AMC for a wrong product Neither refunding nor adjusting Gives a feeling of scam

They are a sales driven company. Ones product is sold they don't care for the customer. Refund or commit

Some one from your office called and asked what is the problem. No intention to resolve.Tell them to understand complnt CM-240925-59460138 which was closed without resolving it If you have intention to resolve you should initiate refund or give in writing

Since my requests and follow ups in past one month was falling on deaf ears ,I was forced to pay again for the AMC to get the service done.Your team wants close the complaint without resolving
@EurekaForbes@MouthShut As soon as I paid within half an hour your team called telling me my due was adjusted in the AMC amount I paid. She was too eager to close my complain.
She called back after 10 minutes saying she realised her mistake. Now she said amount will be adjusted in future service
